I appreciate it's more work, but I use Basecamp to create a route, export as .gpx. I then import into Extra POI Editor, open each point, maximize map and go to satellite view. To ensure each waypoint is on the the right side of the highway and not in the middle of a ramp etc. I then import it into Basecamp and test it by creating the route.
